We all are born with certain level of selrespect. Sometimes there will be fall in our lives and we loose our value in ourselves. We will forget our own worth easily and see us as nothing. You will think that it is an awful way to live. Once you remember your worth it will not be the same. You will start to do the things you never thought of doing.

1.putting yourself first. 

To take care of yourself is very important now. You will realize how important it is to find your own needs first. 

2.Not disclosing yourself to anyone. 

 There is no need of explaining yourself to anyone. As long as your not giving trouble to anyone you can live your life the way you dream it without anyone's approval. 

3. Avoid negativity 

You will begin to avoid negativity like negative people, negative speeches, negative spaces only bring negativity to your life. So you will not go to put yourself through it. 

4.Give time to yourself. 

You will be willing to give time to yourself. You need to be alone and think about yourself. Even 5 minutes without thinking anything, out of this world, you will be willing to take it. 

5.Getting rid of poisonous people 
 
You will not feel any sympathy for getting rid of like this people. People who treat you in a bad way and only care about themselves are better sent out of your life than rather keeping them with you as they only Bring negativity to your life. 

6.Not accepting empty apologies 
 
When someone apologies to you of his or her behavior and does not look on to changing the behavior then it wouldn't be a thing to you. It is not a real apology. It is a thing that you pretend to believe. 

7.Saying "No" when you mean it 

Although somone convinces you to do a thing and you said "no" you won't chabge your decision. You will not give anyone a chance to change your mind. 

8.You do not care if people dislike you 

It is a waste of time trying to change people who do not like nor care about you. Some people will never like you and it is okay for you. 

9.Doing things that you want to do. 

You can do whatever makes you happy. You do not care about people's judgments. You will be able to do fun and creative things. You cares about people's judgements. 

10.Staying away from arguments

Some people love the kind of feeling they get when they get into arguments. But it is just a negative feeling based on anger. You will keep away from such situations knowing that the person who wants to argue is just looking for that feeling 

One of the greatest achievements of life is to learn how to respect yourself. Once you fall in life it takes time to gain this achievement again. The slower the better. Once you get up from this fall in life you will have a different path in your life. You will stand tall in society.
