There are a variety of games that come under sports that are played by all, from a young child to an adult.
Sports can be played indoor and outdoors .There are a lot of indoor games played such as chess,carom,board games,Ludo etc...... While outdoor games include football,basketball,cricket,hockey etc.....
All this sports are not only essential for our health and fitness but also develops a variety of other qualities in a person like improved concentration,mental sharpness,time management,team work spirit,leadership skills,handling pressures,decision making skills,communication,confidence etc.....
Sports and games gives great value to people who lead a sedimentary lifestyle.I feel that sports is an ultimate gift of life that every individual must obtain in life.
